If you pass your Video Interview, you'll be invited to the Assessment Centre. This is your opportunity to shine and show what you could do if you were to be offered the role. Let your personality come out and give your best self.

You've made it through the application, the Video Interview and the Assessment Centre and now is the fun part... time for that job offer! If you pass the Assessment Centre and are selected for the apprenticeship, we'll be in touch with your offer and all the details you need to sign the contract and start your apprenticeship journey.

Yes, you will still be employed by Costa as part of our Support Centre
Our 2023 apprenticeships start in the Autumn of 2023
When you become an apprentice, you will become a member of the Support Centre Team and be eligibile to receive the support Centre benefits
We have multiple apprenticeships available across a range of specialisms. The duration will depend on the programme and area that you apply for. The minimum length will be 12 months, please see the individual job description for details on specific programme length.
There are a range of roles available across our Support Centre functions, including People, Supply Chain and Property.
